Since October 31st, 2023, we have been preparing to shutter our previous customer portal system.
Part of this process is a backup of the data prior to total erasure of the server of our previous customer portal.
That backup gets reported as "download by Site Admin", as that is the function of the system creating the backup.
No data is actually downloaded by anyone, the data is just being archived to an encrypted and firewalled internal system.
The notifications sent are merely a function of the audit trail system doing its job - to fully document all activity.
